Yes, PromoteKit supports affiliate tracking for both one-time and subscription purchases.

Each affiliate gets a unique link, such as yoursite.com?via=abc123. When a visitor clicks it, the PromoteKit script stores the referral in a cookie, and when they purchase, the sale is attributed to that affiliate through Stripe. Read more in the affiliate links docs.

You create a coupon in Stripe and PromoteKit generates a unique promo code for each affiliate. When a customer uses an affiliate's code at checkout, the commission is credited to that affiliate. No website script is required. Read more in the promo codes docs.
